Betsy Ross House

239 Arch Street
Philadelphia, PA 19106

Home to the famous early American flag maker, Betsy Ross was actually an upholsterer by trade. While the facts of whether or not Ross made the first American flag may be disputed, the house is a fine example of colonial architecture, and visitors can tour the home and courtyard next to it.
