York County

Steeped in American history and craftsmanship, York County offers many destinations for the entire family.

Along with historical sites and museums, you can also tour factories, seeing how everything from chips and pretzels to motorcycles are made.

The city of York is the county seat.

Other towns include: Dillsburg, Dover, Felton, Glen Rock, Goldsboro, Hanover, Lewisberry, Loganville, Parkville, Red Lion, Shiloh, Spring Grove, Stewartstown, Weiglstown, Windsor, and Wrightsville.

Major roadways running in or through York County include Interstates 76 (The Pennsylvania Turnpike) and 83; US Routes 15 and 30; PA Routes 24, 74, 94, 114, 116, 124, 177, 182, 194, 216, 234, 262, 295, 372, 382, 392, 425, 462, 516, 616, 624, and 851.
