With over 300 wax figures in 35 scenes, the American Civil War Museum tells the story of the whole war, including the Battle of Gettysburg. A large gift center is also on site.

Review:

Although the wax museum concept is a bit dated, the American Civil War Museum gives an overview of many of the key moments, places and people leading up to the war. The final scene is in a theatre, using stationary and moving wax figures along with audio and light effects to explain the battle of Gettysburg, and President Abe Lincoln's visit to dedicate the National Cemetery.
