Valley Forge National Historical Park commemorates the Revolutionary War and the famous winter encampment of the Continental Army in 1777 under the direction of General George Washington. Biking, hiking, guided tours, and a Welcome Center are just a few of the activities available. The Welcome Center and most of the park are located in Montgomery County.
